Orders & Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of placing and processing the payment for your order, excluding weekends and holidays. In case of delays, we will email you with the expected shipping date. US orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days, while international shipping times vary. Refer to the shipping page for details. Please understand that once your order leaves our facility, we can’t ensure precise arrival times due to potential delays beyond our control. Tracking information may take a few days to update.

If you need to change or correct your order, email us at support@sarms.us.com immediately. Shipping address changes are possible only if the order is still processing. Once an order is prepped for shipping, we cannot modify it. Check your order status in the “Orders” tab anytime.

Once your order is dispatched, an email containing your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided in your order form. Please ensure to check your inbox, as well as spam or junk folders. To track your order, click the link in the email. When you complete a payment on our site, we handle your payment details with care. Once the transaction is done, we don’t retain any payment information, ensuring the safety of your sensitive data against potential breaches.

For new customers, a US SARMS account will be created automatically with your first order. Login credentials will be sent to the email you provided during checkout. 

We provide global shipping, with country availability shown during checkout. If your country is not listed, our 24/7 support team can assist in placing your order.

Be mindful of possible shipping restrictions and fees due to local import rules. Stay informed about import restrictions, processes, and charges as per local laws.

We strongly recommend confirming your country’s import regulations before completing your order. Additionally, review our Shipping Policy and Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.

Carriers can delay shipments for various reasons.

USPS often is consistent, however, there seems to be an error when a package says it’s arrived but it hasn’t.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the package to arrive before contacting us for further action.

Please note, for orders outside of the US, customs can often hold on to a package for 14 days without updating tracking information.

Yes, we offer free shipping for US orders over $150 and International orders over $300.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to apply the discount code retroactively. Our system doesn’t allow modifications to processed transactions without incurring extra charges. Feel free to use the discount code for your next order.

To not complicate things for our fulfillment center, unfortunately, we do not allow pre-orders.

We accept debit cards and all major credit cards.

Common reasons for credit card failure: billing address OR phone number do not match the card on file, bank is set to block international transactions, purchase timed out after 15 minutes, or card has previously been flagged. Some browsers and VPN’s may interfere with purchases so if all of your information is correct please try again from a different browser or device.

SARMs & Peptides

We supply high end lab grade compounds for research purposes only.

All US SARAMS products are exclusively intended for research purposes, as clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions. We strongly discourage any form of personal use.

They are all legal to sell and do not require a prescription. We strongly advise you see a healthcare professional before taking and while taking any of these products.

SARMs and other research chemicals on our website are not approved by the FDA and are strictly not intended for human consumption. Their sole purpose is for research applications. Therefore, we do not provide any guidance on dosages or usage. Discussing these matters goes against Federal Laws, which we strictly observe for our business’s long-term compliance.

Lyophilized peptides remain stable when stored at room temperature for several days to weeks in their original packaging. Ideally, you may store peptides at 4°C or below or frozen at -20°C for longer-term preservation. It’s essential to shield peptides from light exposure.

When removing peptide preparations from the freezer, allow the vials to reach room temperature before opening them. This prevents atmospheric water from condensing onto the peptide, which is crucial because peptides are often sensitive to moisture and can easily absorb it. To counteract this, avoid moisture-related deterioration or crystal formation that can complicate handling due to their powdered state. We recommend aliquoting the peptides based on your experimental needs, minimizing freeze-thaw cycles and infrequent vial openings to maintain peptide integrity.

SARMs need to be stored in room temperature and in a secure, dark place.

We guarantee 24 months from the date of purchase for liquid SARMs and peptides.

Because we don’t use exotic solvents, sometimes this can happen even in proper storage conditions. Simply run the bottle under warm water and shake to disperse contents for accurate measurement.

Returns, Refunds, & Problems

As these products are for research purposes only, we expect the buyer to know the severity of purchasing our products.

At the moment, we do not accept returns of product and all sales are final.

To address the issue, email us at info@sarms.us.com with the following information:

  • A clear photo of the item/s you received, highlighting the problem.
  • A photo of the packaging displaying the tracking number.
  • If the issue applies to multiple shipments (more than 1 package), please send separate photos for each, as instructed.

Notifying us about any order issues within 7 days from the delivery date is essential. Beyond this timeframe, we won’t be able to work toward a solution with you.

We highly recommend thoroughly reviewing all the information you’ve entered in your order form before finalizing and submitting it. You may also conveniently view your order details and status anytime in the Orders tab within the customer dashboard. 

If you need to make adjustments to your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us promptly at info@sarms.us.com. It’s important to note that modifications can only be made if the order is still processing. Once an order is designated for shipping, any changes become ineligible.

If you need to cancel orders with pending payments, simply log into your US SARMS account and go to the Orders tab. For orders with confirmed payments, a cancellation request will be treated as a refund.

In cases where applicable, we can process a refund to the original payment method, deducting a $25 processing fee per transaction. Non-refundable charges include any banking inconvenience fees and shipping costs if your order has already been dispatched.

Chargebacks initiated by a credit card issuer are treated with utmost seriousness. In line with our commitment to preventing fraud, any chargeback will lead to the client being added to our no-sell list. If you encounter any problems with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for assistance at any time.

Before reaching out to your bank or payment processor, we respectfully request that you first contact us at info@sarms.us.com in case of a payment dispute. Many issues can often be resolved more efficiently through direct communication with us. It’s important to note that, similar to chargebacks, we take payment disputes seriously and they may lead to the client being added to our no-sell list.
