Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
A few situations warranting a refund include:
- Your order never arrives
- Package completely damaged upon arrival
- Wrong product shipped
At the moment we do not accept returns. All orders that have been dispatched are final due to the seriousness of the products being purchased.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. It will be sent into the oblivion.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Part but not all of the order was damage
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our err
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sarms.us.com.
